The Kaukoputki online service is being renewed

The free Kaukoputki online service will be renewed in spring 2025. We listened to our customers’ wishes and designed an even more versatile service to make everyday logistics and decision-making easier.

Our business customers can use the existing Kaukoputki to calculate transport costs, place transport orders, send shipping documents and tracking information to the recipient, track incoming and outgoing consignments and check transport schedules, for example. Kaukoputki offers the recipients the opportunity to track the progress of the shipments. It serves as a tool for all our customers, regardless of which transport order channel they use.

The new Kaukoputki, which will be released in the spring, will serve everyday logistics and professionals working in different roles in our customer companies, such as dispatch, logistics decision-makers, sales, financial department and customer service, in even more versatile ways. Our target is clear: all your logistics in one place. At the same time, we have invested particularly in the service's user experience, ease of use and the visualisation of data.

In addition to the familiar functionalities, new functionalities will also be available, such as

  • More visual shipment tracking
  • Centralised user management
  • Claim for transport damage
  • Customer reports

At the same time, Kaukoputki will better adapt to the future needs of our customers. We are continuously developing the service and gradually publishing more functionalities, such as the tracking of claim handling and new customer reports.

Your company will have access to the new Kaukoputki during the spring. Every business customer will sign up for the new online service. The old and new Kaukoputki will operate in parallel for approximately six months in order to make our customers’ transition to the service as smooth and flexible as possible.
