Prices for our 010 telephone numbers will change on 28 December 2023. Previously, the charge for calls has been 8.35 cents per call + 16.69 cents per minute. From 28 December on, the charge for calls made with mobile phones will be the same as the mobile phone fee (mpm), and the charge for calls made with landline phones will be the same as the local network fee (pvm). In the future, therefore, the price of the call will be determined on the basis of the caller's telephone subscription agreement.
However, the change does not apply to service numbers beginning with 0100. Therefore, calling our transport orders number will continue to cost the same as before, i.e. €1.17 per call + €2.00 per minute + local network charge/mobile phone charge.
