The free Kaukoputki online service will be renewed in May 2025. We listened to our customers’ needs and created an even more efficient, clear and versatile tool to make everyday logistics and decision-making easier.

The new Kaukoputki is a multi-purpose logistics tool that facilitates supply chain management, decision-making and the maintenance of the Kaukoputki user register. It brings everything you need together in one place so you can focus on what matters. Kaukoputki serves as a tool for all our customers, regardless of which transport order channel they use. The new Kaukoputki will be released on May 15, 2025.

Kaukoputki serves professionals working in different roles within our customer companies, including dispatch, logistics decision-makers, sales, financial department and customer service. Our target is clear: all your logistics in one place. At the same time, we have invested particularly in the service's user experience, ease of use and the visualisation of data.

How will Kaukoputki be renewed?

In the first phase, in addition to the familiar functions, there will be many useful improvements and new features, such as:

  • Centralised user management – The Kaukoputki main user of your choice manages all Kaukoputki user accounts in your use. They can add, delete and edit user accounts and access rights. This gives you control over the user register and up-to-date information about who has access to your company’s data.
  • Claims for transport damage – Submit your claim easily in Kaukoputki.
  • Extended editing options for transport orders – Adjust orders as needed or send a message to our customer service via Kaukoputki.
  • Advanced customer reports – View the important information at a glance.
  • Improved user experience – The user interface intuitively guides the user with colour codes for transport tracking, among other things.  

 

Kaukoputki not only solves current challenges, but also enables new kinds of functionalities that will support the changing needs of logistics in the future. We are gradually publishing more functionalities, such as the tracking of claim handling and new customer reports.
